Ing. Dionigi Cristian Lentini

Dionigi Cristian Lentini was born in Mottola, Taranto, Italy, in 1980. He received the Master degree in Computer Science Engineering (course of Electronics and Telecommunications) from the University of Calabria, Italy, in 2005, where he began research activity jointly with the Department of Electronics, Information Theory and Systemistic Sciences (D.E.I.S). He was admitted to the profession of Engineer on January 2006 and immediately became a member of the Engineers Professional Association of Province of Taranto, Italy.

He submitted some scientific papers about wireless technology and security to the most important conferences all over the world and the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking (JWCN 2006), a famous international scientific review by Hindawai Publishing Corporation, published his work entitled 'Static and dynamic 4-way handshake solutions to avoid denial of service attack in Wi-Fi protected access and IEEE 802.11i'.

Between 2005 and 2006 he worked for Capgemini Italia SpA, a multinational company skilled in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, with headquarters in Rome, as an Analyst Consultant and Programmer inside the Hi-Tech/Space and Defense Services Unit. He took part in important projects for major companies such as Galileo Avionica, Alenia Aeronautica, Aermacchi - Finmeccanica Group, Italian Ministry of Defense, and Banche Popolari Unite (BPU).

He received the MBA "BEST" in General Managment, certified by ASFOR, from Finmeccanica and IRI Management in 2010.

Web & Mobile Applications (Android Apps, Facebook Apps, etc.), Relational DB design, Content Management Systems (Joomla, etc.)& Web design, Information Security, Cryptology and Computer Forensics represent some of his main interests in IT field.

Dionigi Cristian Lentini è nato a Mottola (TA) nel 1980. Si laurea in Ingegneria Informatica (indirizzo Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni) all'Università della Calabria, dove ha iniziato l'attività di ricerca in collaborazione con il D.E.I.S. - Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informatica e Sistemistica nel 2005. Ha ottenuto l'abilitazione alla professione di Ingegnere nel Gennaio 2006 e subito dopo si è iscritto all'Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Taranto (sez. A settori Civile/Ambientale, Industriale e dell'Informazione).

Ha sottomesso diversi lavori scientifici sulla tecnologia e sicurezza wireless presso le più importanti conferenze in tutto il mondo e l'EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking (JWCN 2006), una famosa rivista scientifica internazionale dell'Hindawi Publishing Corporation, ha pubblicato il paper intitolato 'Static and Dynamic 4-Way Handshake Solutions to Avoid Denial of Service Attack in Wi-Fi Protected Access and IEEE 802.11i'.

Dal 2005 al 2006 ha lavorato in Capgemini Italia S.p.A., una società multinazionale specializzata in servizi di consulting, technology e outsourcing, presso la sede di Roma, in qualità di Consulente e Analista Programmatore all'interno della Hi-Tech / Space and Defense services unit. Ha preso parte ad importanti progetti per grandi società come Galileo Avionica, Alenia Aeronautica, Aermacchi - Gruppo Finmeccanica, Ministero della Difesa e Banche Popolari Unite (BPU).

Nel 2010 ha conseguito il Master "BEST" in General Management, certificato dall'ASFOR, da Finmeccanica e IRI Management.

Applicazioni Web e Telefonia Mobile (Apps Android, Facebook, ecc.), progettazione di DB relazionali, CMS (Joomla, ecc.) e siti web, Sicurezza IT, Crittografia e Informatica Forense rappresentano alcuni dei suoi maggiori interessi in campo tecnologico informatico.
